Pay your Fees via Dragonpay in 5 easy Steps!

Follow these steps in paying your fees via Dragonpay. Please note that payments via Dragonpay is subject to Php20 convenience fee.

Step 1: Click the fees that you’re going to pay. Choose accordingly if you’re going to pay for a down payment, partial payment or full payment. Please make sure that you click the button
on the program that you’re enrolled in (e.g. Elementary students or their parents should click the buttons intended for Elementary Students).
This is to ensure that payments are credited to your student ledger.

Step 2: After clicking the correct button, you will be redirected to the Dragonpay payment page. Fill in all the necessary fields. After filling in the information, click PAY
Take note of the following:

a. For the Invoice No, input your STUDENT NUMBER. For new students, please secure your student number first before proceeding with the payment to ensure that your payment will be credited to your account at accounting.manila@pcu.edu.ph (Regular/On-campus Classes)  or at online.educ@pcu.edu.ph

b. For the e-mail field, use your official PCU Email (@pcu.edu.ph) provided by the Information Technology Department (ITD). New/Incoming students may
use their personal email. Acknowledgement of payment will be sent to the e-mail provided.

c. Amount – For Down payment, the amount is already pre-filled and cannot be edited. For Partial and Full Payments, please input the amount that you’re going to pay. Please coordinate with the accounting office at
8528-842/accounting.manila@pcu.edu.ph to ensure
payment of the specified and correct fees.

Step 3: You will be directed to another Dragonpay payment page wherein you will select your preferred payment option. You can choose to pay thru Online Banking,
Over-the-counter of banks or Over-the-counter of payment Centers.

Step 4: Tick the box to Agree to the Terms and Conditions, then click Select.
Important Note: If you choose the online banking/e-wallet or over-the-counter option, the payment instructions can be sent to your email. Follow these instructions in proceeding with the payment.

Step 5:
Remember your reference number and keep the acknowledgment email for reference. No need to send the reference number to PCU and you Official Receipt shall be issued to your email in 2-3 days upon acknowledgement of payment thru email.
