Qualifications:
o Must be 18 years old and above
o Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects)
o We accept high school graduate but should have at least 6 months call center experience (Ops tenure)
o Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
o Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
